We are not the cheapest option in town for DIY rentals.   • Flying in or out on a weekend? We offer Sunday pickups and returns—perfect for out-of-towners with tight schedules.

RENTAL POLICIES:

1. Minimum Order: $250

2. Rush Fee: A $50 rush fee may apply for same-day pick-up orders.

3. Pick-Up/Drop Off: Pick-up and drop-off at the shop are by appointment only. No walk-ins.

4. Account Creation Fee: $40 for customers outside of Austin or Austin Area (Georgetown, Dripping Springs, Pflugerville are Austin area).

5. Sunday Fees: Additional charges may apply for Sunday pick-up/drop-off.

6. Pick-Up Requirements:

  • If someone is picking up your rental, you must pay and complete all documents in advance via DocuSign. Without this, your order cannot be picked up by a representative.

  • Valid debit card or credit card required.

7. Security Deposit: Security deposits are typically between $200 - $350 for first time renters.  Deposits are fully refunded once all equipment is returned in full working order.

8. Rental Period: The rental period is up to 4 days. There is no difference in price between a 1 day rental and a 4 day rental.
